E.S.T (Teacher Support System)

This team of teachers and a Remedial teacher meet regularly to diagnose pupils' weak areas.  They discuss the progress of pupils who need extra assistance.  Advice and practical suggestions are given to the pupil's teacher to help the child to catch up the backlog and overcome problem areas.
