Principal & Principal’s Message
Our principal, Dolph Nortier, is probably one of the fittest men in Durbanville. Hy neem gereeld deel aan tweekampe en het al ons land verteenwoordig tydens kompetisies. He can often be seen on his practise runs around Durbanville. Ons is dankbaar om so ‘n dinamiese hoof te hê.
Staff
Akademies
We have the staff that dreams are made of. Mr Nortier cannot believe his good luck when he counts his blessings and we are all there! We have grown together and become family and friends. Die personeel is absoluut uitstekend met baie jare se ondervinding. Our staff constantly strive to improve themselves and are always on the look-out for any new opportunities and ideas.
Die Skool is deurentyd op soek na geleenthede wat kan bydra tot gehalte-onderrig. In ‘n omgewing wat gedurig verander, is dit vir ons ‘n prioriteit om op ‘n deurlopende basis op hoogte te bly van al die jongste ontwikkelings, en gebruik te maak van dit wat beskikbaar is.
Administrative
The front office remained a hive of activity and a haven of help. This busy, bustling workplace is respponsible for the warm welcome you receive when entering Durbanville Prep.
Ons drie sekretaresses is deeglik in beheer van hul velerlei verantwoordelikhede. Adanda Steenkamp is Mnr. Nortier se innemende regterhand en dien die ouer-gemeenskap reeds vir ses jaar met’n vriendelike glimlag en hulpvaardige hand. Niks is vir Adanda te veel moeite nie. Joana Winterbach is in charge of our School’s finances. She has been taking care of this responsibility for the last sixteen years with much dedication. Esther Botha is verantwoordelik vir die insameling van ons skoolfondsgeld. She has been part of our administrative team for the past 8 years.
Saam vorm die drie dames ‘n gedugte eenheid. Hulle is altyd gereed om ouers met raad en daad by te staan, en ons is baie trots op hulle! The degree to which these ladies are respected and loved by staff and children alike, is testimony to their efficiency and popularity.

Our ground staff play a major role in the proper daily functioning of our school. Their dedication and loyalty is much appreciated.
